Misturinha 60 - To The Man - Himself

2nd January 89: I was in London for the first time for a 45 days trip all around Europe... as I remember Buffalo Stance - Neneh Cherry, Deus - Sugarcubes and definetly Megablast / Beat Dis from Bomb the Bass ! At that trip, I left behind being bass player of punk rock band and bought a Roland TR-626, a Vesta-Fire 4 track recorder and a Yamaha Dx 100 synth... my life was changed. Tim Simenon (17 y.o - genius and the man behind Bomb the Bass) made my true definition for life - the britain´s inventor of House Music pushed DIY (do it yourself) to the limit. Ever since he is my inspiration to keep the massive wall of beats flowing.

2nd April 2006: After reading this words in myspace page "34 y.o - started in punk rock 1985 and since 1989 in e-music inspired by Tim Simenon (Bomb the Bass)." - The genius himself wrote to me - (for my total surprise):

This week we have my pervert mix to Private Dancers and a 2002´s track from my John Merrick Experience, fella Dunwich remixing Nelson, The Modern (presented by Tatiana Fake - I adore them), the Bali Hai couple Bart and Tania from Nid and Sancy, a 2003 track from The Kills, My Radio from Solvent that I always play, Pravda that I spent the whole last week listenning, Neonbirds ( I love this song ! but you sent me without the end !!!), Cyrana a brazilian girl playing all instruments in her demo song and Laura Wants to Fuck - So why shouldn´t I?
